ผบช.ทท. ได้รับการประสานงานกรมตำรวจฮ่องกง กรณีมีคนร้ายคดีอุกฉกรรจ์ได้ก่อเหตุและหลบหนีการจับกุม เข้ามาพักอาศัยในประเทศไทย จึงได้สั่งการให้เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจท่องเที่ยวพัทยาร่วมกับ บก.สส.สตม. ติดตามจับกุม

📌ตามมาตรการเข้มข้นเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาคนต่างด้าวลักลอบหลบหนีเข้าเมือง ถูกหลอกลวง หรือประกอบธุรกิจผิดกฎหมาย และอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติ ตามคำสั่งของ พล.ต.อ.กิตติ์รัฐ พันธุ์เพ็ชร์ ผู้บัญชาการตำรวจแห่งชาติ ได้สั่งการให้กองบัญชาการตำรวจท่องเที่ยว เร่งรัด กวดขันทำการจับกุมต่างด้าวที่กระทำผิดกฎหมาย และกลุ่มจีนเทา

🔵พล.ต.ท.ศักย์ศิรา เผือกอ่ำ ผู้บัญชาการตำรวจท่องเที่ยว ได้รับการประสานงานกรมตำรวจฮ่องกง กรณีมีคนร้ายคดีอุกฉกรรจ์ได้ก่อเหตุและหลบหนีการจับกุม เข้ามาพักอาศัยในประเทศไทย จึงได้สั่งการให้เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจท่องเที่ยวพัทยาร่วมกับ บก.สส.สตม. ติดตามจับกุม กระทั่งพบตัวที่บัานแห่งหนึ่งในพื้นที่ อ.บางละมุง จ.ชลบุรี

โดยเบื้องต้น เจ้าหน้าที่ได้แจ้งให้ทราบถึงการเพิกถอนการอนุญาตให้อยู่ในราชอาณาจักรของคนต่างด้าว เนื่องจากเป็นบุคคลต้องห้ามตาม พ.ร.บ.คนเข้าเมืองฯ มีพฤติการณ์เป็นที่น่าเชื่อถือว่าเป็นบุคคลที่เป็นภัยต่อสังคมฯ พร้อมทั้งนำตัวส่ง กก.3 บก.สส.สตม. เพื่อดำเนินการตามกฎหมายและส่งตัวกลับไปรับการดำเนินคดีที่ฮ่องกงต่อไป

📌In response to stringent measures to address the issues of illegal immigration, fraud, unlawful business operations, and transnational crimes, Pol. Gen. Kitrat Phanphet, Commissioner-General of the Royal Thai Police, has ordered the Tourist Police Bureau to intensify efforts in apprehending foreign nationals violating Thai laws, including those involved in so-called "grey Chinese" activities.

🔵Pol. Lt. Gen. Saksira Pheuak-um, Commissioner of the Tourist Police Bureau, coordinated with the Hong Kong Police Force regarding a fugitive wanted for a serious criminal offense who had fled to Thailand. He subsequently directed Pattaya Tourist Police, in collaboration with the Immigration Bureau’s Investigation Division, to track down the suspect.

The individual was eventually located at a residence in Bang Lamung District, Chonburi Province.

Initially, authorities informed the suspect of the revocation of his permission to stay in Thailand under the Immigration Act, as he was deemed a prohibited person with credible indications of posing a threat to society. The suspect was then handed over to Sub-Division 3, Immigration Bureau’s Investigation Division for legal proceedings and deportation to Hong Kong to face charges.
